A quick story on how Gli Fits came to be!
The Beginning
The year is 2022 and Im 19 years old. I had just purchased my Jetta Gli and created a Youtube channel for it. I needed a name of course, Thus Gli Auto was created. (Gli) after the jetta and (Auto) for automobile.
Shortly after starting my channel I threw together some quick website and clothing design, and called it done... The site was never made public and no clothes were ever sampled. The dream had got forgetten.
Where We've Gone
Fast forwarding 3 years I'm still on my grind, starting a twitch channel and growing a community. After a couple of months my viewers started asking about merch. Thats when the fire inside me had got relit.
Withing a couple weeks a new logo,website and clothing designs were made up. The name Gli Fits is still related to Gli Auto, But the message within the name wasn't planned. Recently I sat down with myself and thought "which words corralate with these letters" Sure enough the man upstairs already had it planned out for me.
GLORY LIGHTS ITSELF
The meaning to me is very positive. No one will help you in this life the way YOU can help yourself. Everything you need to "Level up" your life is already inside you. I want this brand to give people hope daily and to remind people anything is possible.
